The Hearst StoryStudio Marketplace is your one-stop-shop to research and order sponsored content from recognized partner properties within the Hearst Network in a simple and efficient way. View your publication and audience data, request content programs directly from Hearst StoryStudio and get powerful reporting for your clients.

To get started:

Log-in to StudioStack

Click on ‘Marketplace’ (list of partner properties within The Hearst Network) on the left-hand navigation bar. This is where you will see your publications. You can view audience data, pricing packages and even view samples of previous campaigns.

Once you know the type of campaign you’d like to order, the Hearst Story Studio is only a few clicks away. Place your order from right inside The Hearst Network!

Here’s how:

Place Your Order: From the list of available properties, choose the site that fits your client’s needs and select ‘Place Order’
Make Your Request: Fill out the Order form and choose as many Publications and Packages as necessary under the ‘Pricing Packages’ area of the form. Then hit ‘Save’.

Note: The Order form is where you can also upload existing creative assets prior to getting on a kick-off call with your assigned Project Management team (you will be notified when an Order has been claimed).

Get Powerful Reporting: As the Hearst StoryStudio begins creating your campaign you’ll receive regular notifications from your project manager. Once the story is live you’ll even have your own report that is updated in real time, which you can easily share with your client.

Note: Reporting is only available after a campaign has launched. Please check-in with the StoryStudio team for updates using the Messaging system in StudioStack.

General FAQ

What is StudioStack? Why do I need a login?

StudioStack is the name of the software platform where we are housing StoryStudio campaign management assets, building and delivering your reports.

Your login will connect you with the StoryStudio team where you will be updated on campaign details and be able to see your campaigns easily as well as view partner properties that are within the Hearst Network, within the Marketplace tab.

Do I need to fill out all these fields?

Yes. This information helps us deliver the best campaign possible for you and your client.

Why can I only see specific properties?

We are offering a variety of pricing packages per property that apply to specific needs in that region for the publication and its clients. We can open up the geographies and run on other properties as always, but this will help us keep track for billing and communication purposes.

Where is my pricing package?

We have standardized our pricing packages across the Hearst network. We can still grandfather in older pricing packages and accommodate the occasional one-off requests, but we want to move to a more systematic record keeping system that is consistent and easy to find and focus on.

What happens after this form is submitted?

The StoryStudio team will review the submission and reach out with confirmation of receipt and the KOC times. From there, it will be the normal StoryStudio process, although we will be sending updates through the messaging platform in StudioStack. These updates will be sent to your email as well.
